Live Auction / Live Selling Host
About the role:
B&F is building out live selling for our clothing collections. You'll host live sales shows, auction style or straight live selling, across TikTok Live, Instagram Live/Reels, or similar platforms, and turn viewers into buyers in real time.
Responsibilities:
- Host live sales/auction shows. Pace the bidding or selling, create urgency, keep energy high for 1 to 3 hour sessions
- Learn product details fast (fit, fabric, sizing) and sell without a rigid script
- Reply to viewer comments/bids live, build a returning audience
- Plan and schedule shows with Operations, tell them ahead of time what stock or product you need
- Hit sales and engagement targets per show
- Suggest ways to improve show format, pacing, and viewer experience
- Keep up with live selling trends and adjust your style as needed
Requirements:
- Must submit a link or recording of a live show or live presentation you've hosted. TikTok Live, Instagram Live/Reels, live auction platforms, or public speaking/hosting. No clip, no interview.
- Confident on camera, strong voice projection, can hold energy through a long show
- Understands western sizing, cuts, and fit language, can sell it convincingly to a western audience
- Fast learner, thinks on her feet, handles live audience interaction smoothly
- Team player, takes direction from Operations on show structure and priorities
- Reliable internet and setup for live streaming
Nice to have:
- Existing following on any live platform
- Experience with post show reconciliation (matching sales to inventory)
