Calderdale College are recruiting for a Student Services Manager - Student Experience, the role is to support the Head of Student Experience and lead high quality student services which promote an exceptional student journey from application through to progression. This will be achieved by line managing the Admissions Team, Student Finance Team and Reception Team and overseeing the development and delivery of the College Careers Strategy and Careers Team to ensure high performance and an outstanding student experience.
The postholder will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure effective admissions processes, financial support services, information and guidance, and careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG), supporting students to overcome barriers to learning and achieve successful outcomes.
The postholder will contribute to the development and delivery of a whole-college culture which promotes student engagement, progression and positive destinations. They will work closely with the Student Services Manager – Student Safety to ensure a coordinated and responsive approach to student support and wellbeing.
