Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (SEND)

At Carter's Sunflowers, we are a specialist nursery for autistic children aged 2–5 years. We are dedicated to creating an environment where every child feels safe, understood and empowered to reach their full potential.
Our purpose-built, low-arousal environment has been carefully designed to encourage communication, independence and meaningful learning. Through a combination of child-led play, small group teaching and individualised 1:1 interventions, we support children to develop their communication, social interaction, play, emotional regulation and independence.
About the Role
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Be a key person for a small group of children.
- Plan and lead engaging group sessions and learning opportunities.
- Support children through play-based learning and structured interventions.
- Observe, assess and record children's progress to inform next steps.
- Work closely with families and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Help create a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Has experience working in Early Years and/or with children with SEND.
- Has a genuine passion for child development and inclusive education.
- Is caring, enthusiastic, patient and able to build positive relationships with children and families.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive and dedicated team.
- Is eager to continue learning and developing their knowledge of autism and specialist early years practice.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
