We have an opening become available for an additional new level 2 apprentice, we are looking for an enthusiastic person who is looking to start a career in Childcare, you must have a passion to see children develop and thrive and be motivated to learn.
St Martins Day Nursery is a family run business that has been been caring for children for almost 25 years and we are passionate about the care and education of children. Due to increasing numbers we have an opportunity for a childcare apprentice to join our experienced team who we can help to achieve a level 2 qualification in childcare and education.
The position will be for 30 hours a week spread over 4 days on a rota’d basis. The position is on a 14 month contract to cover the duration of your level 2 training. Upon satisfactory completion of your level 2 we will look to offer a further contract to do your level 3. You will be signed up with a training provider so that you can achieve your level 2 qualification in Early years and education. Most of the training is on the job but there will be written work and assignments to complete. The training will be fully funded by the nursery.
This is a paid level 2 apprenticeship and the rate of pay will depend upon age. (Minimum age is 17)
There is no experience required for this position
