Our award winning, 3 rosette Lantern Room restaurant is looking for a passionate and ambitious individual to join our fun and stylish team.
As Head Waiter you will;
- Operate to the highest standard within the hotels main restaurant.
- Have previous experience waiting on in leading restaurants.
- Ensure guests feel relaxed by providing warm and friendly service.
- Build rapport with guests and encourage repeat custom
- Have good knowledge and a passion of food and wine.
