We are looking to hire an energetic and highly motivated Duty Manager to join our team at a late night music venue in South London. Reporting to the General Manager, the Duty Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bar and venue, ensuring that business operations are carried out in a successful manner. The Duty Manager will support the senior team and be line manager for the general bar staff – providing a positive role model and work environment whilst ensuring standards and practices are adhered to.
Day to day tasks will include:
· Serving at the bar
· Ensuring customer satisfaction
· Implementing and ensuring standard practices and guidelines are followed
· Being line manager for the general staff
· Reporting to the GM
· Ensuring bar operations are upheld and maintained
· Managing general staff and keeping them on task
· Any other tasks as delegated by the GM and CEO

You are:

· Have 2 years experience in hospitality role
· Have 1 years experience in managing staff
· Personal License is a plus but not required
