Are you someone who genuinely loves helping others? At Benbradagh Care Home, we’re looking for a caring, down-to-earth person to join our team and make a real difference in the everyday lives of our residents. Our home is warm, welcoming, and built on the belief that everyone deserves to feel valued, respected, and truly at home.

- Building genuine relationships with residents, families, and your team—keeping communication open, kind, and clear.
- Helping keep the home clean, safe, and comfortable by following health and safety guidelines.
- Recording the care you give and any changes you notice so the whole team can stay on top of each resident’s needs.
- Encouraging and supporting residents to join in activities that lift their spirits and help them stay engaged and connected.

- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- A driving licence is a bonus for times when residents need transport.
- Basic IT skills to help with simple documentation and communication.
