Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate records of client information and appointments.
- Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare professionals, and team members.
- Assist in resolving client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Utilize office experience to efficiently manage administrative tasks related to care coordination.
Qualifications
- NVQ level 3 in health and social care
- Office experience
- Administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
