Crown SDS is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Warehouse Operative / Driver to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a rapidly growing business where no two days are the same.

As a key member of our operation, you'll help ensure customer deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining the high service standards that Crown SDS is known for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collecting and delivering stock between customer sites, suppliers, and the Crown warehouse
- Providing a professional and first-class service to customers at every opportunity
- Safely loading and unloading vehicles using manual handling techniques and forklift equipment
- Receiving, checking, scanning, sorting, and dispatching goods accurately
- Ensuring deliveries are completed on time and in line with company KPIs
- Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and internal departments throughout the day
- Checking deliveries against paperwork and reporting any discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate stock and movement records using warehouse systems
- Assisting with general warehouse activities, including goods-in, goods-out, and stock handling
- Carrying out routine vehicle checks to ensure compliance and roadworthiness
- Following all Health & Safety procedures and contributing to a safe working environment
What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Valid forklift truck licence
- Previous warehouse experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and manual handling procedures
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Flexible and reliable approach to work
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Experience using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Previous experience in a customer-facing delivery role
