The Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated Junior Account Manager Ecommerce to join our UK Sales Team. You will play a crucial role in managing and developing some of our key retail accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our partners.
In this role you’ll get to:
Account Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key retail accounts including Amazon, Look Fantastic and ASOS.
- Develop and implement account-specific business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Actively seek out new opportunities to drive sales within existing and new retailers.
Sales Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to develop and execute effective retailer strategies.
- Drive the development and implementation of promotional activities to maximize sales and market share.
Forecasting and Reporting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, collaborating with retailer supply functions and Demand Planning.
- Regularly report to the wider business on key performance indicators, market trends, and competitor activities.
Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability. Track the effectiveness of spend and adjust plans accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
What we are looking for in you:

2+ years experience with account management and account support.
- Experience gained within the consumer goods, fashion or beauty industry.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Commercial awareness, knowledge and understanding of P+Ls.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape and consumer trends.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
