Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Leisure Club Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our leisure facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas, including changing rooms, swimming pool, gym, and communal spaces, are kept in pristine condition for our members’ comfort and safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and previous experience in services. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all leisure club areas, including floors, walls, fixtures, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of changing rooms, showers, swimming pools, gym equipment, and communal spaces
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, and cleaning products as needed
- Ensure waste disposal is carried out efficiently and bins are regularly emptied
- Follow health and safety procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a hygienic environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistent standards of cleanliness are met
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred
- Attention to detail with a high standard of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within set timeframes
- Good organisational skills and reliability
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining a safe and hygienic environment
