Job Purpose:
To be a part of the Content production team, delivering high quality live-events, from bands to Bongo's Bingo.
Key Responsibilities:
● To manage the box office of events, and to run spotlights for Bongo’s Bingo.
● To support the PM and APM during live events for additional duties as required.
● To help set up/break down events, this could include but is not limited to; building stage or AVP, helping loadouts, setting up table/room plans, managing SFX.
● To help mid-week with othe production related jobs, such as; making cables, maintaining equipment, cleaning and organising.
● To have effective communication with your managers and particularly other members of show teams to report live issues. To speak up and be able to negotiate problem solving as part of a team during live situations.
● To regularly communicate with the Production Team management regarding the venues weekly shows during operations meetings and feedback with management what went well or what went wrong, and to be a part of taking an actionable response.
Equipment Setup & Maintenance
- To help PM, APM, and our Sound Engineer setting up, breaking down, testing and maintaining equipment, such as lights or speakers.
Collaboration
- Work closely with event coordinators, production crews, and performers to meet specific requirements.
- Liaise with external lighting and AV teams to ensure events run smoothly.
- To represent Content, and as an extension Shua Ltd and Bongo’s Bingo. This means being professional, punctual, and respectful. Your behavior must reflect Content’s core values.
Compliance & Safety
- Adhere to venue health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical setups and incidents.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels of cables, consumables.
- To maintain a clean, well organised work area, free of health and safety hazards.
Person Specification:
Qualifications:
- Relevant health & safety certifications (e.g., PAT testing, manual handling, first aid) preferred.
Experience:
- Past experience working in events is required. Whether that's as crew, an operator, rigger, etc, some form of experience within the industry is required.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced live environments.
Skills:
- Spotlight operation skills prefered but not essential, as well as experience running a box office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially under preassure.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit (able to lift and move heavy equipment).
- Flexible with working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).

- Multiple different forms of events, such as Bongo's Bingo, gigs, corperates, raves, wrestling.
