Working Hours
Hours: 27.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Shift Pattern: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts, to be agreed with the successful candidate.
- Morning: 7:00am – 1:00pm
- Afternoon: 12:00pm – 6:00pm

Salary
Salary: £24,796 – £25,186 per annum (pro rata salary: £18,429).
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and hardworking Caretaker to join our site team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment and enjoys being part of a team that supports the day-to-day running of a busy educational setting.
As a member of the site team, you will play an important role in ensuring the premises are well maintained, secure, and fully operational. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will carry out a range of maintenance, security, and facilities management duties while ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
The successful candidate will have a positive, flexible approach, be willing to take on a variety of tasks, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. You will be someone who can work independently when required while also contributing effectively as part of a supportive team.
