HGV / 7.5T Temperature-Controlled Driver
Paragon Logistics Group Ltd is looking for an experienced driver to join our growing temperature-controlled transport operation based in Greenford, West London.
Our fleet includes 7.5T and 18T refrigerated vehicles, and the successful candidate will be allocated work depending on business requirements. We deliver chilled, frozen and ambient goods to restaurants, wholesalers, distribution centres and commercial customers across London and the South East.
This is a full-time role offering consistent work, weekly pay and the opportunity to join a rapidly expanding logistics business.

- Competitive hourly rate £18.00–£20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Duties
- Drive 7.5T and/or 18T temperature-controlled vehicles.
- Deliver chilled, frozen and ambient goods safely and on time.
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately with PODs.
- Maintain temperature compliance throughout the route.
- Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.
- Keep vehicles clean and report any defects promptly.
Requirements
- Valid UK C1 and/or Category C (Class 2) driving licence.
- Valid Driver CPC.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous experience driving commercial vehicles.
- Experience with refrigerated vehicles is desirable but not essential.
- Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph regulations.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
