The Role
As a member of our event team, you’ll represent Superior Event Management at a variety of events.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming guests
- Registration and accreditation
- Customer service
- Wayfinding
- Queue management
- Event setup and breakdown
- Stewarding
- VIP support
- General event assistance
- Working closely with our Team Leaders and Operations team
Every event is different, meaning no two shifts are the same.

Essential Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to travel to event locations
- Good spoken English
- Professional appearance
Desirable Experience
Experience in any of the following is beneficial but not essential:
- Events
- Hospitality
- Retail
- Customer Service
- Stewarding
- Registration
- Team Leadership
- First Aid
- SIA Licence
Training and support will be provided where appropriate.
