The Crown is a friendly, family-owned pub in the heart of Cirencester. We are looking for a Bar Person/ Server to join our fun team. We have both a full & part-time role available.
Experience great but not necessary. You just need to be friendly, hardworking and willing to learn. The pub does get very busy so confidence to move through and deal with crowds is essential. Career progression and funded training is available for anyone interested in hospitality.
Responsibilities will include –
- Greeting and serving customers
- Taking food and drink orders
- Assisting the kitchen team with delivering food during busy periods
- Maintaining all aspects of O/HS
- Clearing tables of glasses and plates
- Keeping the pub clean and tidy
Due to the nature of the business, weekend and evening work is required. Minor manual lifting and bending is also necessary on a frequent basis. Please note we do not have onsite parking.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
