The Consultant delivers client engagements across implementation, change and ongoing service improvement. The role works with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, configure solutions and deliver agreed outcomes.
The role supports project planning, stakeholder communication, documentation and issue resolution , while sharing knowledge , identifying delivery risks and ensuring work meets quality, time and compliance requirements.
