WHO IS FUSION?
At Fusion, we believe that clean, welcoming spaces make all the difference. We’re a fun, forward‑thinking team dedicated to creating student homes where people feel safe, supported, and inspired. Our housekeeping team plays a huge part in that because a clean home is a happy home.

YOUR ROLE: THE HEART OF A HAPPY, CLEAN HOME
As a Housekeeper/Cleaner at Fusion, you help create the very first impression our students have each day. You’re the hero behind the scenes keeping everything spotless, organised, and safe.
You’ll carry out cleaning tasks, support residents with a friendly approach, and play a small but important part in keeping the building safe by spotting and reporting issues early.
This is a practical, hands‑on role where your care and attention make a real difference.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CLEANING & PRESENTATION
· Keep communal areas beautifully clean—vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising surfaces and touchpoints.

Your responsibilities include: - Reporting anything unsafe, broken, or unusual straight away (e.g., leaks, blocked exits, fire doors not closing). - Keeping walkways clear to avoid trips or falls. - Following safe working practices, using PPE correctly. - Escalating concerns about spills, hazards, or equipment faults. - Supporting fire safety during drills by keeping exits and corridors clear.
Your role: spot it, report it, keep things safe.
4. INVENTORY & SUPPLIES
· Monitor cleaning stock levels and restock areas as needed.
· Let the General or Community Manager know when supplies need reordering.
· Keep cleaning cupboards tidy and safe.
5. RESIDENT & TEAM INTERACTION
· Be a friendly, reassuring presence around the building.
· Greet residents warmly and respond to small requests with positivity.
· Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth, consistent service across the property.
· Provide helpful handovers at the end of each shift.
