We're looking for a content creator and videographer to help build the personal brand of the founder of a fast-growing marketing agency working exclusively with exterior cleaning businesses across the UK.
This is not a traditional videography role.
We're looking for someone who can document the journey of building a specialist agency through short-form content, YouTube videos, client case studies and behind-the-scenes footage.
You'll spend one day per week filming and one day per week editing content remotely.
What You'll Be Doing
Filming Day
- Following the founder and capturing day-to-day content
- Filming short-form reels for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Filming longer YouTube content
- Travelling to client locations around the UK to capture case studies
- Recording behind-the-scenes content
- Helping create a documentary-style feel by asking questions from behind the camera
- Capturing authentic moments rather than heavily scripted content
Editing Day
- Editing short-form reels
- Creating YouTube videos
- Adding captions, hooks and graphics where appropriate
- Organising footage and content libraries
- Delivering content ready for scheduling
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience creating social media content
- Understands modern short-form content
- Is confident filming on an iPhone and/or professional camera equipment
- Has strong editing skills
- Understands storytelling and audience retention
- Can think creatively and contribute ideas
- Is comfortable directing and asking questions on camera
- Is reliable, organised and proactive
- Is willing to travel occasionally for filming
Equipment
Ideally you will have:
- Latest iPhone (or similar)
- Professional mirrorless camera
- Gimbal/stabilisation equipment
- Audio equipment
- Editing software
- Own transport
