Join our dynamic team as a Day Time Working Cleaning Supervisor, where you will lead and oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff during daytime hours, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Conduct regular inspections of all cleaning areas to verify quality, safety, and adherence to company protocols
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks to optimize team productivity and coverage throughout the working day
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, supplies usage, and staff attendance
- Communicate effectively with management regarding operational needs, staff performance, and any issues requiring attention
- Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement within the cleaning team
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and health & safety standards
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills to lead teams and liaise with management
- Ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during daytime hours
