M&M Supply is looking for experienced and compassionate Senior Residential Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting both children and adults with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs across residential services in Bristol.

The Role
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, person-centred support while leading and mentoring support staff during shifts. You'll work closely with service users, colleagues, and professionals to create safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading shifts and supporting the day-to-day running of residential homes.
- Providing emotional, practical, and behavioural support to children and adults with SEMH needs.
- Promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive life skills.
- Supporting individuals with care plans, risk assessments, and behavioural support strategies.
- Administering medication (where trained and authorised).
- Maintaining accurate records and completing daily reports.
- Supporting safeguarding procedures and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Building positive relationships with families, social workers, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Acting as a positive role model for colleagues and service users.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in residential care.
- Previous experience in a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader role.
- Experience supporting individuals with SEMH, challenging behaviour, trauma, autism, or learning disabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Good written and verbal English.
- A caring, resilient, and professional approach.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and sleep-in shifts where required.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable:
- Level 3/4 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People or Adults) (Must be completed)
