CHEF de PARTIE
Position Overview:
Wanted: exceptional and ambitious CDP to work with our inspirational and renowned Head Chef. We deliver refined cuisine, balancing culinary excellence with accessible value. You’ll understand that fine dining standards can coexist with approachable pricing, creating memorable experiences without ever compromising quality, and you'll share our aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Kitchen Operations & Quality Control
- Undertake daily service with precision, maintaining consistency across all dishes
- Food prep, ensuring exacting standards for freshness and quality are met.
- Maintain our value proposition
- Maintain quality
2. Menu Development
- Work with Head Chef on menu refinement and seasonal adaptations
- Contribute ideas for dishes that deliver high perceived value at accessible price points
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and waste reduction
3. Standards & Compliance
- Maintain HACCP and food safety standards at all times
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organisation meet health inspection requirements
- Uphold all hygiene protocols
Required Qualifications:
- Ideally, experience in a fine-dining or upscale casual kitchen.
- Knowledge of Spanish culinary techniques and modern cooking methods preferred.
- Experience using seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients

- Knowledge and understanding of industry awards and accolades, and what each entails
- Creativity in maximising ingredient utility and minimising waste
- Ability to execute dishes consistently under pressure
