About the Role
Philly’s Burger is looking for friendly, hardworking and reliable Team Members to join our team in Oxford.
Whether you already have experience in hospitality or you're looking for your first restaurant job, we're looking for people with the right attitude who are willing to learn, work as part of a team and deliver great food and service to our customers.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced restaurant environment, where every team member plays an important part in keeping the restaurant running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving food to Philly’s Burger standards
- Working across different areas of the restaurant, including kitchen, grill, prep, till and customer service
- Taking customer orders and handling payments accurately
- Ensuring food is prepared safely and consistently
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
- Keeping the kitchen and restaurant clean and organised throughout the shift
- Preparing ingredients and completing daily prep tasks
- Checking food quality and presentation before serving
- Restocking ingredients, packaging and other supplies
- Working efficiently during busy periods
- Supporting your colleagues and working as part of a team
- Following company procedures, food safety and health & safety requirements
- Helping with opening and closing duties when required
- Providing friendly and professional customer service

Working Requirements
This is a part-time position with shifts scheduled according to business requirements and your availability.
Due to the nature of restaurant work, weekend and bank holiday availability is required.
We are particularly interested in applicants who can provide reliable and regular availability, including evenings and weekends.
Pay
£12.71 per hour
Part-time hours available.
