Duties
- Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Manage and supervise team members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Utilize Primavera P6 software for project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
- Coordinate with various departments to align project goals with organizational objectives
- Conduct regular site inspections and supervise on-site activities to maintain safety and efficiency
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and milestones for senior management
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages professional development and collaboration
Requirements
- Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams effectively
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from initiation to completion
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Relevant educational background or certifications in project management or related fields
Pay: £280.00-£300.00 per day
Experience:
- Civil engineering: 1 year (preferred)
