As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team.
The Role
This is a hands-on role operating production machinery, supporting the preparation and packaging of our products, and helping keep our facility running smoothly and to standard. It's a great opportunity to build a career in manufacturing, with full training provided from day one.
We're offering an immediate start on a temporary basis, with a genuine route to a permanent position for the right person.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating and monitoring production machinery to keep things running smoothly and to spec
- Assisting with the preparation and packaging of products following set procedures
- Following our food safety and HACCP protocols to keep us compliant
- Carrying out routine checks on equipment and products, and flagging any issues early
- Keeping the production area clean, tidy, and organised in line with health and safety standards
- Recording production data accurately and reporting anything that doesn't look right
- Getting involved in improving how we work and suggesting better ways of doing things
What We're Looking For
We're looking for the right attitude above all else. Experience in a production or food manufacturing environment is a real bonus, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- A keen eye for detail and pride in doing a job properly
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Happy working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communicator who takes safety seriously
- Comfortable with basic measurements and recording numbers accurately
