Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Nurse with implant experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a busy practice where you will support implant procedures and provide outstanding patient care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a passion for delivering high-quality dental nursing services.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during implant procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterile
- Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after treatments, ensuring patient comfort and confidence
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation for all procedures
- Support the practice’s infection control protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups efficiently using IT systems
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment plans, post-operative care, and oral health advice
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations and high standards of patient service
Skills
- Proven experience as a Dental Nurse with specific implant procedure knowledge
- Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in dental IT systems for record keeping and appointment management
- Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks seamlessly
- Solid understanding of nursing principles within a dental setting
- Ability to work well within a team while maintaining attention to detail
