At Iden Manor Nursing Home we are looking for a Registered Nurse to support and enhance our team.
Our Registered Nurses (RN) are responsible for providing a high standard of nursing care which reflects evidence based practice, encompasses resident choice and makes best use of resources. This includes assessing, planning and implementing individualised and effective care and evaluating outcomes.
The Registered Nurse will be expected to communicate with professional colleagues in all settings and to participate in multidisciplinary decision making to ensure seamless holistic care. He or she will facilitate training, education and induction programmes for other qualified and unqualified staff and actively participate in clinical audit and service development.

Experience
- Registration as a Registered Nurse or Similar Qualifications; Current Registration With the NMC
- At Least 1 Year Nursing Experience
- Experience Recording Accurate Records
- Ability to Work as Part of a Team
- Supportive and Motivated
- Great Communication Skills
- Mentorship Skills; Computer Literate
- Ability to Demonstrate Ethical Values and Ongoing Professional and Personal Growth;
