Element Recruitment are working with a leading business in Bristol who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their growing finance team on a 12 month FTC.

The Role
You’ll be joining an established finance team and will be responsible for helping to manage outstanding payments and build strong relationships with customers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Contacting customers by phone and email regarding outstanding payments
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Dealing with queries and resolving payment issues
- Keeping customer records and account information up to date
- Processing payments and allocating them to accounts
- Monitoring outstanding invoices and following up when required
- Working closely with the wider finance team
- Supporting with general finance administration
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication and telephone skills
- Has previous experience in customer service, call centre, sales or another phone-based role
- Is confident having conversations with customers
- Is organised and has good attention to detail
- Is comfortable having potentially challenging conversations
- Is keen to move into a career within finance
