Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously while ensuring timely service
- Assist in restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages
- Ensure responsible serving practices by verifying guest age and monitoring alcohol consumption
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively, positive atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
