Leopold Property Services are a family run, independent business providing cleaning services, inventories, mid term and check out reports.
We are expanding and seek, motivated, multitaskers to join our team in providing sparkling, top class service to our clients in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
we provide cleaning services including end of tenancies for both landlords and tenants, stair cleaning, window cleaning, construction cleaning and commercial/ office cleaning.
We also provide landlords, tenants and letting agents with inventories, mid term and check out reports ensuring the smooth transition of the overall letting service.
This is a freelance/ self employed role.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of spaces, including offices, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet health and safety standards and company policies.
- Be flexible as the role involves travel between different properties and organised key management.
- Be able to multitask and work independently and with other team members.
- Be able to undertake detailed inventory, mid term and check out reports in a professional capacity.
- Good communication skills and reliability are essential.
- Previous experience in cleaning or inventory management is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritisetasks effectively.
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and accurate inventory management.
- Good communication skills to report issues clearly and follow instructions accurately.
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
