- Utilise QuickBooks for basic financial record-keeping and invoicing as required.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documents using Google Suite applications.
- Support office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow across departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent clerical skills with a keen eye for detail in data entry and document preparation.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telecommunication systems is advantageous.
