Our Head Office is based in Benfleet, and we run a fleet of delivery vans on a daily basis from our distribution centre in Horndon on the Hill.
We sell a wide range of janitorial supplies to schools, care homes, cleaning companies, hotels, restaurants, shopping centres and leisure centres (to name but a few) the aim to be the ‘one stop shop’ for all janitorial supplies to our customers.
Our skilled team offer support with free expert advice, fast, efficient deliveries and a full aftersales service, and our experienced technicians offer cleaning services, machine repairs, servicing, and PAT testing.
We are now looking for an experienced Warehouse operative, to work as part of our very busy warehouse team at Horndon. This is a part time role, working 25 hours per week Monday to Friday, we can be flexible with the daily hours.
Main responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders
- Unloading deliveries
- Preparing bulk goods for dispatch
- Working to daily deadlines and high volume targets
- General warehouse duties
The successful candidate will need to have good attention to detail and be able to lift and carry loads. Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferred, fork lift experience is desirable but not essential.
