We are a rapidly expanding franchise group looking to develop managers of the future and we are looking for new talent to join our fantastic team in Cash Converters Telford as a Supervisor.
The main base for this role will be Cash Converters Telford. However, training and shifts may be required to be worked within other stores in our group for example Cash Converters Wrexham or Dudley, so a willingness to travel/commute/ re-locate is important.
A Supervisors job at Cash Converters is unlike any other. Every day is different, and no two tasks are the same.
- We currently operate Full time hours 40/week, working 5 days out of 7.

- Mature and professional mind set with a real-world approach
- Previous Managerial experience is essential
- HR experience / knowledge
- Outstanding merchandising skills
- next level confidence in face to face sales / negotiations
- The willing to go the extra mile without being asked
- Flexibility to work both retail sales counter and buying/testing goods counter
- A hands-on sleeve rolled up attitude to any situation
- The common sense that isn't all too common
- Confidence to close deals and hit your stores targets / KPI's
- A love and basic knowledge of all technology from tools to toasters
