About Us
The Powerline Advisory Group acts on behalf of landowners across the UK, helping them secure compensation and legal rights for electricity equipment located on their land and property.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Land Rights Administrator to support our Land Consent Team from our Corby office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys investigative work, problem solving and working with property-related information.
The Role
As a Land Rights Administrator, you will play a key role in managing new enquiries, validating potential claims and supporting clients through the early stages of the compensation process.
This is a full-time permanent position (Monday - Thursday 8.30am-5pm) (Friday 8.30am - 2.30pm)
No previous experience in the utilities sector is required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and managing new enquiries and leads.
- Speaking with clients by telephone, email and messaging platforms.
- Reviewing and validating potential claims.
- Carrying out desktop investigations using mapping systems and aerial imagery.
- Undertaking Land Registry ownership checks.
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of compensation claims.
- Maintaining accurate records within the company CRM system.
- Monitoring and progressing cases through the claims process.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- Accurate with excellent attention to detail.
