Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, analytical and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing agency. You will help develop and deliver effective digital marketing campaigns for the agency and its clients, increasing brand awareness, engagement, website traffic and qualified leads.
The successful candidate will work across paid advertising, social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO and website management. This position is ideal for someone who can combine creative thinking with data analysis and confidently manage multiple campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Develop digital marketing strategies based on clients’ objectives and target audiences.
- Conduct market, customer and competitor research.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media and email campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts and content calendars.
- Support SEO activity, including keyword research and website content optimisation.
- Maintain and update websites using WordPress or similar content-management systems.
- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure advertising spend is used effectively.
- Track performance using tools such as Google Analytics and advertising-platform reports.
- Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements based on data.
- Prepare clear performance reports and present findings to clients and colleagues.
- Communicate with clients to understand their marketing requirements.
- Manage several projects simultaneously and deliver work within agreed deadlines.
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends, platforms and industry developments.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in digital marketing, advertising or a related role.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of SEO, social media and email marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress or similar tools.
- Strong written English and content-writing skills.
- Good analytical, organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-focused approach.
- A marketing, advertising, communications or related qualification is desirable but not essential.
