二、主要工作内容
1. 看护设备
1. 通过屏幕（系统）查看设备是否正常运行；
2. 留意是否有报警或异常提示；
3. 有问题及时现场处理。
2. 现场巡查
1. 在包装线周围走动检查设备运行情况；
2. 确保传送带、机器运行顺畅。
3. 补充包装材料
1. 及时添加纸箱、包装材料；
2. 确保设备不会因为缺料而停下来。
4. 简单问题处理
1. 处理基础问题（如卡箱、堵塞等简单情况）；
2. 复杂问题会交给专业维修人员。
5. 基础清洁与整理
1. 保持设备区域整洁；
2. 按要求做简单检查和记录。

1. 无硬性要求（有相关经验更好）
2. 经验要求
1. 有仓库、工厂、流水线经验优先；
2. 无经验可培训上岗。
3. 技能要求
1. 会基本电脑操作（看屏幕、点按钮）；

1. 认真负责，能看设备、及时发现问题；
2. 能适应站立工作和仓库环境；
3. 自动化包装线是24小时运行，可自行选择白班或者夜班，也可以倒班。

1. Job Overview
This role is responsible for the daily monitoring and basic operation of an automated packaging line. The position focuses mainly on equipment operation and on-site support, with no previous maintenance experience required.
This role is suitable for candidates with warehouse experience or those who are interested in working with automated equipment.
2. Main ResponsibilitiesEquipment Monitoring
- Monitor the packaging equipment during operation.
- Check equipment status through the system screen.
- Identify alarms, warnings, or abnormal conditions.
- Respond promptly to basic issues on site.
On-site Equipment Checks
- Walk around the packaging line and check equipment operation.
- Ensure conveyors, machines, and related equipment are running smoothly.
Replenishing Packaging Materials
- Refill cartons, packaging materials, and other consumables when required.
- Ensure the production line does not stop due to a lack of materials.
Basic Problem Handling
- Handle simple operational issues, such as:
- Carton jams
- Material blockages
- Minor equipment stoppages
- Escalate complex faults to qualified maintenance engineers.
Basic Cleaning and Organisation
- Keep the equipment area clean and tidy.
- Carry out basic checks and complete simple operation records when required.
3. RequirementsEducation
- No specific educational qualifications required.
- Relevant experience is preferred but not essential.
Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse, factory, or production line environments is preferred.
- Full training will be provided for candidates without experience.
Skills
- Basic computer skills required (viewing screens, using buttons, following system instructions).
- Ability to understand simple English instructions or equipment interfaces (fluency is not required).
Personal Requirements
- Responsible and reliable, with the ability to monitor equipment and identify issues quickly.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and standing for extended periods.
- The automated packaging line operates 24 hours a day. Candidates can choose:
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotating shifts
