Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments
- Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas and tools
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout each appointment
- Promote additional services and retail products to clients where appropriate
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client flow and minimise wait times
Experience
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role within a professional salon or spa environment
- Proficiency in advanced facials body treatments nails waxing and massage with a portfolio of work preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating warmth, professionalism, and discretion
- Knowledge of current beauty trends, skincare products, and treatment techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
