About Us
Ready to tackle proper mechanical jobs and future proof your career with EV training?
We are a successful, independent, family-run business based in Petersfield. We have built our reputation on honest advice, high-standard workmanship, and exceptional customer service, treating our customers and our team with the care and respect a family business is known for.
We are looking for a skilled, fully qualified Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester to become a key part of our close-knit workshop.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role where your expertise will be valued. We regularly take on the bigger, more technical mechanical jobs including clutches, gearboxes, timing belts/chains, wet belts, DPF work, and complex diagnostics—alongside routine servicing, maintenance, and MOT testing.
Investing in the Future Together
While we stay true to our family business values, we never stand still. The automotive world is shifting, and we are actively upgrading our workshop tooling, diagnostics, and infrastructure to embrace the next generation of motoring, expanding into EV/Hybrid servicing, battery State of Health (SOH) diagnostics, and high-voltage maintenance.
We believe in moving forward as a team. Whether you already bring EV experience to the table or want to learn from the ground up through full, company funded training, we see this as a true partnership. As we build out our new capabilities, we will invest in your accreditations and technical knowledge - so we are learning, evolving, and growing together.
