FULFIL.X is a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in a 55,000 sq ft warehouse in Oldham, working with e-commerce brands to support their fulfilment needs.
About the Role
This role involves printing t-shirts to order, as orders come through, each item is printed on demand rather than in bulk runs. You will work mainly independently, with support available every day. You will be trained to operate our GTXpro Bulk Printer, Schulze PTM5Max, and Maxx 3G Heat Press, and will be expected to use this equipment safely and confidently at all times.
Consistency and accuracy in print quality are essential to this role. Each t-shirt must be printed correctly, with precise alignment and spacing, as errors directly impact customer satisfaction and result in returns. The successful candidate will take ownership of their output and consistently deliver work to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the GTXpro Bulk Printer, Schulze PTM5Max and Maxx 3G Heat Press safely and correctly
- Print t-shirts accurately to order specifications as they are received
- Check completed work carefully for print quality, alignment and spacing
- Maintain a clean, organised and tidy print area at all times
- Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment to keep machines in good working order
- Manage own workload and time effectively to meet order turnaround requirements
- Follow all health and safety procedures relating to the equipment
- Report any issues or quality concerns promptly
What We're Looking For
- Highly organised, with excellent timekeeping
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail; consistent quality is essential
- Able to remain calm and accurate under pressure
- Neat and methodical, with pride in a well-maintained workspace
- Confident following safety procedures around machinery and equipment
- Previous experience in garment printing or a similar production role is desirable but not essential
