Job Description
Purpose - to undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the Firm. To ensure the successful development of the Firm in-line with the business plan.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Delivering outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear and proactive communication.
- Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering development within the team.
- Actively contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firm’s reputation and client base.
- Providing support to colleagues as required, particularly during absences.
- Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
- Continuing professional development, staying up to date with legal and market trends.
Requirements
- Completion of degree, and LPC or technical qualification.
- Strong IT skills. A good working knowledge of word is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You will need to be dependable and flexible to business needs, as overtime will be required occasionally to include working weekends. You will need to be smart in appearance with a pleasant and friendly manner.
