Transform Young Lives with Sequel Support
At Sequel Support, we believe every child deserves to feel safe - not just at home, but in the world around them. We’re dedicated to creating nurturing environments where children can heal, grow, and thrive. Join our mission to build brighter futures and make a real difference every day.
We’re expanding in Bournemouth and welcoming patient, compassionate individuals to join our teams at Mayfield Lodge and Rainbow Lodge - two warm, family-style homes just a few miles apart. You’ll support young people with autism, learning disabilities and emotional or behavioural needs, helping them develop confidence, life skills, and resilience.
As a Support Worker You’ll:
- Provide day-to-day care, support and encouragement to children
- Act as a positive role model, helping children navigate routines and challenges.
- Use the PACE model to support emotional and behavioural needs.
- Safeguard and promote each child’s welfare while maintaining quality records.
About Our Homes
