You will be responsible for the administration of invoice processing, verification & query resolution and will require daily contact with the customer.
The role of Account Manager operates within the Energy Management Services Team. The suitable candidate will be responsible for the day to day operation of key service aspect of his/her assigned clients.
You should have previous experience of account management; working either for an energy broker or supplier along with the ability to communicate effectively. You will be handling clients, alongside a consultant who has the responsibility for the overall handling of client contact.
You will be required to maintain timely and up-to-date administration of the above key service aspects for each client, keeping to agreed objectives for invoice turnaround, query resolution, reporting etc.
The highlighting and identification of both refunds and future cost reductions arising from the above key service aspects is also required. The Account Manager will be required to liaise directly with the clients, suppliers and colleagues effectively and achieve the above using efficient, effective and economic methods, creating and/or maintaining all records required for both the operation and the client EMS service and to monitor both our EMS performance against objectives and our achievement of cost reductions for the client.
