We're looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our established Children's Residential Home supporting 3 young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-supported 6-bedroom home, where you'll play a key role in leading shifts, supporting colleagues, and helping young people achieve positive outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and provide guidance to the care team
- Build positive and trusting relationships with young people
- Support children with their daily routines and emotional wellbeing
- Promote safeguarding and positive behaviour support
- Complete care records and incident reports accurately
- Work in line with Ofsted regulations and Children's Home Standards
- Support and mentor Residential Support Workers
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience within a Children's Residential Home
✔ NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
✔ Experience leading shifts or supporting junior staff
✔ Strong safeguarding knowledge
✔ Full UK Driving Licence preferred
Shift Pattern
07:00 – 22:00
Up to 3 sleep-ins per week
