We are looking for a reliable, highly organised and detail-oriented Part-Time Property Lettings Assistant to join our team. This is a predominantly field-based role, visiting properties and carrying out a range of property-related tasks. The successful candidate will need to be confident working independently, managing their own time and travelling between properties throughout the day.
The role would be ideal for someone with previous experience in residential lettings or property management, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out property check-outs and reporting any issues or concerns
- Completing detailed property inspections
- Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
- Carrying out property inventories and accurately recording the condition of properties
- Taking photographs and providing detailed reports following property visits
- Checking properties are presented to the required standard
- Identifying maintenance issues and reporting them promptly
- Completing associated administration quickly and accurately
- Updating property records and systems following inspections and visits
- Liaising professionally with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues
- Managing a schedule of property visits efficiently
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Extremely organised and highly attentive to detail
- Able to work independently and manage their own time
- Quick and accurate when completing administration
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Confident communicating with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Comfortable working on the move and visiting different properties throughout the day
- Proactive, practical and able to spot issues that others may miss
- Computer literate and confident using email and online systems
- A full driving licence and access to your own car is essential
Previous Experience
Previous experience in lettings, property management, estate agency or a similar role would be an advantage. Experience with property inventories, inspections and viewings would also be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided. The most important qualities are excellent attention to detail, reliability, organisation and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.

The normal hours of works: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am – 3.00 pm or 3 Days a week. Flexible ( Can increase during busy period )
The role is very busy and is mainly office based but the role might require mobile work from time to time and therefore
You will be required to have a clean driving license and your own car.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
