Remeo Healthcare are currently hiring for an Administrator (Facilities/Healthcare) to join the team based in Redhill. We are looking for someone to join our established team and be responsible for overseeing daily administration and supporting operational functions of the healthcare facility, while also providing coordination for facilities support services.

This position is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm – 37.5 hours per week
The ideal candidate will have previous administration / admin experience, with an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), with strong organisational skills, and the genuine desire to contribute to the wellbeing of patients, and making a real difference to their lives.
Responsibilities and duties of the Administrator:
- Managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the healthcare facility
- Developing, implementing and monitoring administrative systems and processes to improve efficiencies
- Maintaining accurate data management through spreadsheets and reports through Excel and Visual Basic Applications
- Liaising with the HR team on staffing administration and providing support to staff regarding HR-related queries
- Maintaining training records, auditing documentation and ensuring all reports are accurate and up to date
- Assisting with reception duties as required, and coordinating administrative and reception cover during periods of annual leave
Qualifications and experience required of the Administrator:
- Extensive experience and understanding of Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent communication skills (reflecting our core values: Kind and Honest, Fair and Inclusive and Listen, Learn and Act)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team as required
- A proven track record of maintaining an upbeat, constructive attitude in high-pressure environments
Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
