Rutledge Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Joiner for a role based out of the Castledawson area.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30am – 4:30pm
Pay Rate
- £14.75 - £16.10 per hour, depending on experience
- Pay review after 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix joinery work
- Completing minor building and maintenance joinery tasks
- Working across a range of properties carrying out repairs and maintenance
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Providing a professional and courteous service to tenants and clients
Requirements
- Time-served or appropriately qualified Joiner
- Proven experience in 1st and 2nd fix joinery
- Strong background in maintenance and building services
- Full UK driving licence
- Valid CSR Card
- Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours callout rota
Additional Information
- Company van and fuel card provided
- Temporary to permanent opportunity following an initial 6-month period
- Access NI check will be required (a criminal record will not necessarily be a barrier to employment)
