Conveyancing Solicitor – 3+ Years PQE
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join our growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer looking to progress their career within a supportive, reputable, and forward-thinking firm.
About the Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory and firm standards
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Can confidently run a full caseload with minimal supervision
- Delivers excellent client care and communication
- Is proactive, organised, and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
- Is ambitious and keen to develop professionally
