Caravan & Motorhome Damp Repair Joiner / Carpenter (Full-Time)

About Us
We are a well-established caravan and motorhome dealership based in Wokingham, Berkshire, with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Joiner/Carpenter (“Chippy”) to join our workshop team.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out damp repairs and timber reconstruction work on caravans and motorhomes. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent carpentry skills and attention to detail to restore vehicles to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing damp-related damage in caravans and motorhomes
- Replacing timber framework, flooring, wall panels, and interior fittings
- Carrying out joinery and carpentry repairs to manufacturer standards
- Removing and refitting furniture, fixtures, and fittings as required
- Working independently and as part of a workshop team
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- experience as a Joiner, Carpenter, or similar trade
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence preferred
