Since 2006, we’ve supported families across the UK with specialist, at-home care for children, young people, and adults living with complex health needs. Now, we’re expanding and we’d love to welcome you to our compassionate and committed care community.
As a Complex Care Senior Carer you’ll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to individuals and and their families, working closely with all clients within the East Kent area.
Location: Deal, Folkestone, Ashford, Dover and New Romney and surrounding areas
Shift Pattern: typically 8 – 12 hour Day shifts or Wake Night shifts
Client Focus: One client per shift
Rota: Set rota with optional overtime or potential for a rolling rota of 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off
All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program. You’ll learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care, preparing you confidently for your first shift.

- Over 1 year of experience supporting complex care
- Experience with seizure management, PEG, tracheostomy, bowel management
- Clean full UK driving license and your own vehicle
- Full right to work in the UK
