Duties

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and organized
- Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while handling payments efficiently
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment and address any concerns promptly
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and responsible alcohol service
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible serving of alcohol
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy shifts

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
